The new CPR (Construction Products Regulations) that came into force 1^st July 2013 require that many products, including fire alarm equipment, have been Certified to meet the new standards.

This has resulted in manufacturers withdrawing from sale, some of their older products and control equipment. However, suitable replacement equipment is available in the majority of cases as are spares for existing panels etc.
